Much of what it takes to be a successful and inspiring manager of people and/or an effective team member, requires taking chances, and interacting with others, rather than sitting still doing the same thing and listening or dealing with one person alone. To this end, adaptas presents an energetic practical one-day workshop.
This workshop will encourage participants to play a little, to do some new things, to fall down, and to get up again to play some more. A range of interactive tasks, combining partner and group activities will enable participants to get to know each other better, to learn about their own and others strengths and to start practicing some new skills. The techniques taught and learnt allow all participants to learn easily and effortlessly at an unconscious level through ‘doing’.
